You won’t step into this alone. Chris Spear and your fellow Climb Alumni will be there with you — in preparation, on the ascent, and in the integration that follows. This is a high-trust, high-standard environment built on shared experience and proven capacity.
The people who return for the Alumni Edition are disciplined, growth-oriented leaders who understand what it means to stretch. The conversations are deeper. The accountability is sharper. The standard is higher.
You will not only climb with strong people — you will be strengthened by them.
The Climb Leader
As a lifelong entrepreneur and endurance athlete, Chris Spear understands both the physical demands of the mountain and the leadership pressures faced in business. Having grown up at the foot of Pikes Peak, he has long respected the discipline, resilience, and clarity required to climb well. Chris views the mountain as a training ground for leadership — where preparation matters, execution is tested, and character is revealed. In this exclusive Alumni Edition of The Climb, he will guide you to raise your standard, strengthen your capacity, and lead at a higher level.
If you’ve completed The Climb and feel the pull to elevate again, this is your invitation.
The 2026 Alumni Edition will stretch you — physically, mentally, and as a leader. With participation limited to 8 Alumni, this experience is intentionally small and highly focused. If you’re ready to raise the standard once more, contact Chris Spear for details and to reserve your spot.
Spots are limited. The next level won’t wait.
What level of fitness is required?
You should be in strong physical condition and comfortable hiking at high altitude over steep, rocky terrain. Mt. Sneffels is considered one of Colorado’s more demanding 14ers and requires endurance, balance, and steady pacing.
Do I need to bring all my food?
No. Group meals will be coordinated as part of the Alumni experience. You will only need to bring personal trail snacks and hydration for summit day.
What equipment will I need?
You will receive a detailed packing list prior to the climb. Proper hiking boots, layers for changing alpine weather, and essential personal gear will be required.
Is there a summit option?
The focus of this Alumni Edition is a summit push on Mount Sneffels. Weather and safety conditions will ultimately guide final decisions, but the intention is a disciplined and well-executed ascent.
The 2026 Alumni Edition is set for September 8–11 in Telluride.
You’ve already proven you can climb. The question now is whether you’re ready to raise the standard again.
Participation is limited to 8 Alumni. Reach out to Chris Spear for details and to reserve your spot.
