The Climb 2025 Alumni Edition!

The Sneffels Traverse

July 9-14, 2025

Five days of hut-to-hut hiking, the Mt. Sneffels summit, leadership growth,

and more transformative experiences for your vertical development!

What is the Sneffels Traverse?

The Sneffels Traverse is not your ordinary mountain climb—this is the Alumni Edition of The Climb, designed exclusively for those who have already achieved 14,000 ft.  summits with us before. Over five days and four nights, you will hike through the majestic Mt. Sneffels Wilderness on a hut-to-hut expedition that challenges your body and expands your mind. The path begins at Last Dollar Pass near Telluride and ends in Ouray, Colorado, a journey filled with alpine meadows, aspen groves, and jagged peaks.

On day two or three, you will have the option to summit Mt. Sneffels, adding another prestigious peak to your list of accomplishments. But this adventure is more than a physical challenge—it’s a continuation of your personal and professional growth journey, with leadership workshops, spontaneous fireside discussions, and moments of deep introspection.

Here’s a glimpse of the view from the summit of Mt. Sneffels, captured by Jason Weiss, who will be featured as our Leader Learning Series speaker in Phoenix this coming January. Jason’s leadership insights and his passion for adventure will inspire you to elevate your own journey.

With space limited to 8 participants, this is your chance to experience something extraordinary alongside your fellow Climb Alumni.

Each day, you’ll hike 5 to 9 miles along some of Colorado’s most stunning alpine trails, spending your nights in cozy mountain huts.
