Create connections, share wisdom, and breathe deeply. We will help you prepare physically and mentally with 12 weeks of basecamp programs.  In September, we'll join up in Colorado and The Climb Team will take care of everything else—from lodging to food to facilitation.

Mount Elbert
2023

In 2023 we climbed Mount Elbert, the highest summit of the Rocky Mountains, the highest point in the U.S. state of Colorado, and the second-highest summit in the contiguous United States.

Quandary Peak
2022

In 2022 we climbed the 14,272-foot Quandary Peak. This ascent was persistent from the trailhead to the summit. But we all made it—and it felt good. The three-day anti-retreat included day hikes, great food, learning, success, friendship, and renewal.

Grays & Torreys
2021

From dark to dark, a long day brought two 14ers  for the price of two. The time was incredible, as were the days that bookended the ascent. We learned more about ourselves, our limits, and our potential. These experiences stick with us long after we return home.
